I have a few questions:
1. What do I need to do to remove the jotform link at the bottom of my quiz? Do I need to upgrade?2. I have conditions set on my quiz. Every person is suppose to get question 7 but for some reason they are not and I can't figure out why.
3. At the end of the quiz where it says "submit" can I change that to "get your results"? If so, how? -

1. Yes, branding can only be removed on paid accounts, you can do this upgrading to any plan, once you have upgraded you can turn off the branding on your account settings, here is the direct link: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings

We indeed provide chat support, this is available between 9 AM to 7PM in EST time and as long as we do not experience too much traffic on our support system, which is the current case. If chat is available, you will find the option on My Forms or Pricing page.
