    I tried to upgrade account, not sure if it went through?

    Also,

    I am trying to create form from a PDF file and the results doesn't look like 

    original, not sure what to do.

    Is there a support # I can call?

    We have not received any payment from your account for its subscription.

    You may also check with your bank to see if you were charged.

    As for your other concern, I moved it to a new support ticket considering it is about another topic.
