Video file link integration with Monday.com

    Hi guys,


    I am trying to auto fill a link to video files uploaded and submitted through Jotform to a Monday.com board/ specific column. How do I do this?


    This is the public form we are using. It does have conditional logic for the "Written Proposal" or "Video Proposal" part - is this the issue or is it the video upload itself?

    I just checked that you haven't added the FILE UPLOAD field into the integration:

    Please map it to your Monday.com field. That should send the file URL to your board as soon as the form is submitted.

    I have tried this but the video upload field is greyed out.

    Hi @risingfestival

    It seems to me that it is greyed out when you try to map it to Video Proposal Link on Monday, but it is not for Notes:

    It is probably due to the format of the field you are referring to on Monday. Could you update it on your end?
