For some users of the template, the save button will not load. Please advise.

    I've received feedback from a handful of customers that their web-page will not load the save button. Please advise what could cause this (e.g. issue with browser, etc.), Thanks.

    I've checked your form on several devices and was not able to replicate the issue:

    Presumably it was a temporary issue with the widget and has been resolved later on.

    If the users will encounter such issue next time, please ask them to clear their web browser's cache or try to fill the form on another device and check if the issue still persists.

    In addition, I've cleared cache of your forms and everything should work fine.

    Please let us know if you will encounter that issue again.
