Does not redirect to url after submit

I entered a redirect link to a url after submitting form.

I tested it twice but does not seem to redirect. Instead form just appears blank after submitting.

I tested your embedded form and I was redirected to the redirect link you provided.

When I tested the form it did not lead to the calendar.
Maybe because I created the page, I don't know. but thanks for letting me
