Greetings and thank you for your message.

Can you please let us know are you referring to the Fill form button from the preview?

Does it fill only some fields or no fields at all?

Unfortunately, the Fill form button does not fill all form fields. It can only fill some simple fields, which are not added as widgets.

If no fields are filled, can you please let us know what browser are you using? Can you please try a different browser or incognito window?

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Hi,

I tested the fill form functionality on a clone of your form, and it worked fine. Kindly clear your browser caches and test it again.

Please note that it might not always fill all the fields since the form is extremely long and there are some errors in the last conditions.

    Thanks for the update

What do you mean by errors in the last conditions?

    Thanks

The usual recommendation is to split the form into multiple forms to reduce the resources used by a single form, but that won't work for you since your form was created using an uploaded PDF.

I tested your form earlier, filling out the fields manually and it worked fine. In conclusion, the length does affect the overall behavior of the form.

    thanks for the reply

I still have trouble with the fill form button to test my form. since it is a large form, it helps me to troubleshoot it ... but I will try on a different browser. I clear cache but same behaviour.

I will keep testing my form

    thanks
