Cancel and refund

    Hello,


    please cancel my Silver plan that I purchased an hour ago. After learning more and emailing with enterprise sales, Jotform will not fit my needs. My account can be closed.

    As requested, we have cancelled your Silver bi-yearly subscription and provided the full refund. Please note that the refund could take 5 to 10 business days to reflect on your card. 

    Your JotForm account is now downgraded to Free. You can either retain the account or we can delete it for you.
