Error message on one of the JotForm links

    Greetings, One of our clients received this error message when trying to fill out one of the two links below.

    It looks like your client is using Safari on Mac.

    I checked both your form URLs on a Mac emulator with Mac OS Catalina on Safari 13.1. In both cases, I could not see any security issues:

    Could you confirm:

    1. If only one client is facing this issue?

    2. Their OS and browser used?

    3. If the issue is shown on both forms?

    4. If you have embedded the form(s) on any web page or if the client is accessing the direct form link? If accessing an embedded link, please provided us the web page URL.
