Is there a quiz format where the answers can be revealed?

Hi I’m making a 100 question multiple choice test to help train up new moderators for my Facebook groups.

i have just used a general questionnaire template as I couldn’t see anything more appropriate.

Is my only option to get the candidates to fill out the questions then manually tell them the results after submission, or is there a way to let them know the results at the end of the form or (even better) a green tick / red cross after each question. Like an online quiz.
