Issues with opening images that are submitted by public on my jotform

    I think its a technical error on your end

    I've checked your account and I was not able to replicate your issue. All the submitted images can be downloaded without any issue. 

    However, as I understand you are trying to open them through the email notifications. To fix that issue, you need to change your privacy settings as shown below and disable Require log-in to view uploaded files:
