Are the HIPAA forms-enabled under PIPEDA if used by a Canadian Dental Clinic?

    Hi,

As I found on the internet, it seems PIPEDA is different from HIPAA. The PIPEDA seems to be stringent than HIPAA and requires the data to be stored in Canada only.

Unfortunately, we have only HIPAA-enabled servers that store the data in the US servers and it may not meet PIPEDA requirements.
