Email Submission Not Showing Text

The emails submissions of my form are not showing the text clients are agreeing to. How can I have the emailed form sent to me showing all the verbia

The reason why it is not showing the Terms and Conditions is that it's added to the form using a Paragraph field. These fields are not shown on email notifications.

A possible workaround is to add the text into a Long Text Field and set it as the default value:

Then you can set it as Read-Only so that the people who fill out the form won't accidentally edit it.

After that you can change the width and the height of the field:
