    If you need to follow up on your submission, please reply directly to the email you have received after filling out the form.

    I filed on Monday ( 1 Jun) but I haven’t received anythings . No reply or calling, so that why I must do it one more time? What’s up with customers service? Are they so busy and can not reply email for 4 days?

    Unfortunately, we are not affiliated with them. They are simply one of our customers that uses our product and as I can see you are their customer.

    If you have concerns with the way they are doing customer service, you can also bring it up to their management.
