Next Page and Back Buttons

Dear Jotform,

A couple of days ago we had a problem with the Next and Back buttons we have put in after each page on our Client Needs Analysis Form. The problem seems to have returned...(I Emailed you earlier)

Please can you look into this as it is causing all sorts of issues with our Advisers who are using this form. We do need reliability.

Please can you treat as Urgent.

I have put the jotform link to the form on the "Let us Help You Better" section below, but we use this through an app which can be found on
