I have been using a form I created for several weeks but for some reason the form has changed (I did not make any changes). The original form had the products listed vertically down the form but suddenly the form has changed and the products are now listed horizontally across the form. Also, the graphics / photos of the products are no longer displayed even though the form is still usable but hard to read and see the products.
Can you please assist with getting the products listed vertically again and also displaying the graphic images of each products. I have attached photos,

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. I did check you form and I am able to replicate the issue you are having.
It seems some change in theme is causing this issue. I am escalating this issue to our backend team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

I’m very keen to get the form working correctly as customers are having difficulty using it as it does not display well on a mobile device and right now they cannot see the photos of the products.

alandoddsReplied on June 8, 2020 at 9:28 AMThanks for the update. I just checked the form and can confirm it now displays correctly in “Edit Form” view. However, when I switch to “View Form” (ie what my user sees) the same error is still on the form in that in the “view form” the products are still displaying horizontally (should be vertical as the edit form view) and I cannot see the photos of the products in “View Form”.
Could you please check and help resolve the “view form” issue so the products and images display vertically not horizontally.

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. The issue was caused because of form cache. I have cleared your form cache and products of payment tool is being displayed correctly. Please check the screenshot below:
I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists.
We will wait for your response.
