Hello,
We have been receiving duplicate submissions of some forms suddenly. These are forms that haven't had changes, and the person submitting is not doing the entry twice but these are coming in two separate times, often a few hours apart.
Any ideas on what the issue is and how to resolve this?

Can you please provide the links of the problematic forms and the Submissions IDs?
In order to find the Submission IDs, you can follow this guide:

We need to test and investigate those duplicate submissions from our side. Please provide the above information and we will further look into this.

Hi,
The duplicate submissions problem is now resolved. We added some preventive measures to help deter unwanted resubmissions of the previous entry. This should not happen again.
