Quantity Gift Registry widget is showing incorrect remaining quantity of some items

    I have made a template for my business using a wedding template - that auto corrects when a customer purchases my product it will show the correct amount left. But lately when I have 2 of something it will only show as 1 no matter what I do. I have the number between these brackets:  { } and it is only random products that won't allow me to show 2 items. What am I dong incorrect??

    Hello Carolyn,

    Please note that the widget shows the available quantity remaining after people have selected them. So out of 2 available if an earlier submission had selected one, then only 1 will be remaining. That's how the widget works.

    However, when I checked this field, the number mentioned in {} inside the widget settings is the same the one shown on the live form.

    Please check and let us know on which field, you are facing this issue.

    You have Czech Me Out through the first submission of the form, check it again. Here's a screenshot of that:

    Yes you are correct. But what I do is when I receive product I go in and change the Jott form to add the product, as I had received more of that one nail product and yet it wouldn’t let me reflect that. 
    As you can see there are other nails that have been purchased as well but when I go in and change those particular Nails status is to upgrade new product I have no problem. It’s a random problem and only happens to a few of my products. 🤷🏻‍♀️

    If you have the Czech Me Out option as 3 available (at any point), then you should be changing the available amount in the widget settings to {4} instead of {3}.

    May I know the reason for doing so? One of the main purpose of this widget is to limit selection of a quantity of item after the available qty has reached. If you want the persons to continuously order the items, then change the qty to {unlimited} on the widget settings - OR increase the available amount to say {10} so that you do not need to continuously edit the form to modify the qty.
