Hi Jotform,
I have a problem with the appointment element and the autoresponder emails. Here is my form: https://form.jotform.com/201574264273151
I am sending a form to volunteers to be able to sign up for shifts. I want to use the appointment widget/element because I like that it has the shifts and limits on the amount of spaces per shift for an indefinite amount of time.
Here is what it looks like when a volunteer signs up for a shift:
As you can see, the shift starts at 3:00 PM and the time zone is set to Chicago time.
The problem is with the time indicated by the autoresponder email. It says a different time:
I would like one of two things: either print out only the day that the volunteer has the shift, or fix the time so that it accurately reflects the time zones.
Here is what the autoresponder email body currently looks like:
I have already tried signing up for different shifts with the same result. I have also tried using {appointment:Full-US} and some of the other codes to see if this might help. The autoresponder left the field blank.
Here is what I have already checked:
Timezone setting of the form element:
Timezone setting of the Google account:
Timezone setting in Jotform account settings:
Thank you for your help!

Hi,
I have cloned your form and I am able to replicate the issue on my end. However, it seems that you have to generate a new email notification because of the changes made on the Appointment field that could cause the issue for receiving a blank field on the email notification.
I generated a new email notification and it fixes the issue:
Please try it, then let us know if the issue persists on your end.

My apologies for the confusion. If the issue is on the autoresponder email, please try to generate a new autoresponder email as well. Here's the autoresponder I received on the cloned form:
I would like one of two things: either print out only the day that the volunteer has the shift, or fix the time so that it accurately reflects the time zones.
It seems that the only thing we can do to achieve your requirements is to fix the time format. Unfortunately, it's not possible to extract only the Day on the appointment field. It will always show the day and time on the emails if there are time slots set up on the Appointment field because it is also being selected by the user.
Please let us do know if you need further assistance.
