Submit data from multiple forms in to one form

hello.

I have 5 different forms and i want to take one submission from 5 different forms (the same person who fill the form) and group them. I want to create a folder per person.

Happy to help you today.

I would like to inform you that you can achieve this with the help of an app. Please open up the app from the link below:

https://www.jotform.com/integrations/field-manager

Please open the app and click on MANAGE FIELD as shown in the image

Then click on ALLOW

Then open the form from which you want your fields copied to the other forms.

On the next screen select the form and click on continue

Then click on "open a second for to clone fields" and click select the desired from and click on continue

Now select the fields and click on the large blue arrow to copy the fields to the second form.
