Is there an option to store submissions locally and not on JotForm servers?

HEY!

From a GDPR point of view, where would the forms be held? Can you download the software to your computer and store the forms onto your business environment or would there be a copy directly onto Jotform servers?

Thank you for your message.

You have the option to store account data in Europe servers only. If you are from Europe, this option will be selected by default. EU datacenter is located in Frankfurt, Germany.

You are able to download submission data to your computer, but all data will be saved to JotForm servers. There is no option to only keep submission data locally.
