Help with two deleted forms

    Hi, are you able to restore the following forms for me that were deleted in error.

    and 

    200924373316047

    I checked your account. You have one form in your Trash. If you want, you can restore this form from there. Please refer to the attachment.

    Please note that if you purge a form from the Trash, it will not be possible to restore it.
