How to limit the quantity in the Quantity Gift Registry?

Hi - the Quantity Gift Registry widget is a great fit for something I want to do, but I would like to be able to limit the max quantity to 1 per item (0 or 1 for each). Is there a way to limit the dropdown so that 1 is the only other option? 

Or, is there another widget you can recommend that would allow me to do this? I basically have about 20 dates for events that I'd like people to be able to sign up for, reserving only one slot each.

It seems that it's not possible to limit the value for selecting the quantity on the Quantity Gift Registry widget.

I think the best option would be using the Gift Registry widget, this will only let the users select only the item without the quantity option, it will automatically count one for the quantity in every selection: Gift Registry
