Cannot login even after changing my account password.

    Please unlock my account.  I have changed my password several times; but, still can't log in.

    Upon checking, I can see that your account is active and it shows that you were able to login today. Are you still having an issue accessing your account?

    If so, can you try one more time resetting your password https://www.jotform.com/help/489-How-to-reset-the-password.
