Increase form submission

I received the message. This mail is sent to inform you that your form Summer Camp Detailed Registration Form has reached it's declared submissions limit. You can increase the form's submission limits from the settings page of your form builder to let your users continue to submit it.

I can not find on the page where to do this.  I have not exceeded my 100 per month submission limit

I checked your form. You can enable it from the settings.

In order to do this, you should go to Settings > Form Settings and adjust the "Form Status" field. Please refer to the attachment.

I followed those instructions, but it was already checked as "enabled"....

I checked your "Summer Camp Detailed Registration Form" and it is still disabled.
