Filled out ArtFolio submission with JotForm.
My credit card would not go through, so I paid with PayPal.
I am unable to uncheck the pay by credit card in the form so it will not allow me to submit my images because there are errors (no credit card information)!
Please help ASAP

Unfortunately, we can't provide assistance to form users.However, in this case, I'd suggest that you replace your order, with the correct payment information, and later ask for a refund of the first payment.
