I never received notification when my form was submitted

    I have created a form and entered the email address correctly where I was the form sent upon completion. I have had a form submission but no notification.

    I have today sent a test notification but and that was delivered but it Was sent to the email address on my Jotform account and not the email address I stipulated on the form settings.

    Your form is set up to send the email from your custom sender email address. It is added by SMTP. However, the SMTP details seem to be incorrect particularly the Port. You are using Port 993 which is for IMAP. You should use Port 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS). Please confirm that with your hosting provider and change it accordingly.

    In the meantime, switch it back to noreply@jotform.com while you are still troubleshooting the problem.
