Every time I try to view the resume's submitted in my form I get a 404 error. Please help me fix this issue. And someone from staff replied saying check off all the submission login check boxes (I did 3 of them) and unfortunately that did not work. this is the error message I'm getting and out of the 50 applicants about 1/4 of them come up with this error message. thank you.

It seems the file you are checking is not uploaded correctly:

Were you able to open this file previously? The file seems to be corrupted.

Is this the only file that you are unable to open?

Have you changed your username recently?

    Looking forward to your response.

    Thanks.

Thanks for the help, I'm also not sure if you will receive this notification of a response because there was no reply feature to your comment. Nonetheless, to answer your questions:

I was not able to open the file previously.

There are multiple files that are similar to this one that produce the same 404 error.

And I have not changed my username or password recently.

    Thanks!

The error that you're seeing is known to occur with the Single File Upload field type. Basically, if a user closes the web page without letting the file to completely upload, then this error happens.

Simple solution to this problem is to mark the upload field as "multiple". Multiple File Upload field won't let users to submit the Form unless the file(s) has been properly uploaded.

I've checked your Form and have found a strange error which I believe has happened due to some technical glitch at our end. For your Form, You can see that in the Builder, the field "Upload your resume" is set to support multiple file uploads but when we view this Form via the direct URL, it still shows the Single Upload type.

Updating properties of this Upload field will reset its configuration. Resetting the configuration should solve your issue and mark the field as "Multiple". Following is the screencast that shows how this can be done.

Please make the above changes in your Form and after this if you receive this error, do get back to us.
