Why do users have to be allowed access?

When trying to sign the waver, users are told they need to be allowed access? How do I turn that off?

As I check your JotForm, it is accessible using the direct URL without any issue. The form publish settings seem to be set correctly. Were you able to fix the issue with your JotForm?
