Excel spreadsheet not showing name

    Hello - second question on the same excel spreadsheet 

    All the data that has been filled in  is shown in the columns EXCEPT the persons name ? - it  only has a column for the persons email? 

    is this a glitch or is it the way I have created the form?

    Hi Marney,

    thank you for reaching out to us. Can you please confirm that the Excel spreadsheet belongs to the form https://www.jotform.com/form/201491604809051?

    If so, the only name field it contains is called "Participant Signature". So I believe, you should be able to find the name towards the end of the spreadsheet under that header.

    Please check and let us know if it's there.
