Can I add a unique name to my Welcome Page?

I'd like to say in my Welcome Page:

"Welcome back, {UniqueName}.

Bla bla bla."

However, {UniqueName} is not showing whatever is in my URL.

thank you for reaching out to us. This can be done, with a few modifications to your current form:

1. The prepopulating through URL only works for entry fields, so you will need to add a hidden text field first:

This will be the one that gets populated by the "nome=Luiz" parameters, but since it's hidden the person won't see it.

2. Next, you will need to add the "Olá, {nome}" text into a Paragraph element, because the form field references don't work in the Question/Field header parts:
