Update username

Hi Jotform, I need assistance updating my username to Amplify Life as we will need a professional sender when sending this form out to clients. Please advise, thank you very much!

Unfortunately, usernames can't contain whitespaces. Would it be okay with you if we change it to AmplifyLife or Amplify_Life?
