The the Logics in the Form are not working

Hi, I am putting conditional logics in the form in some cases it is working fine but in some case, they are not I am not able to whats the challenge as I am putting the same logic in the other forms also I faced the same challenge I am sending you the link of the form... kindly help me in sorting this out....

When you'll open the form i have put the logic in several question depending on the -inputs

if a person selects Yes then they should go to page all the other option gets hidden

in the above two logics I am able to make the first two and the first one also sometime works sometime don't however I have broken my head left to right and center but I am not able to understand why logic 3 is not working...

and one more thing I want to know what is the way to increase size of the picture in thankyou page as it comes very small a thumbnail size i want it something like this

Unfortunately, it is not possible to increase the image size in the cards form layout. 

I would suggest you please create a form with "All questions in One Page" layout and add "Image Radio Buttons" widget in a form that will allow you to increase the size of the image.

its been more than 6 hours I am waiting for one simple reply of you'rs to know about the logic however in your customer support I read that you reply in 1 or max 2 hours ... i am stuck up in between to roll out calendar.

Still the Logic is not working 

in this option, if someone selects no then it should the option of * SUBMIT *... however, it is still showing yes
