Orders are taken off from the submission

    Another issue I've had come up is after my customer has already submitted
    her order and I view it jotform takes items off of her order. Can you tell
    me why this is happening?

    Can you please share to us the submission ID as well as what was her original order compared to what is saved?

    Are you able to replicate the issue? If yes, may we also try making test submissions on your form?
