    Hello

I was able to configure a radio button selection field called ID with no problem on my form, also with the "Other" option which allows, in case the user doesnt enter passport, ID, driver's license.

But when the user selects Other, I would like to mark an X on the PDF  and on the line enter which is the Other ID the user will present.

I am not able to map the radio button to the PDF, Only the "Other" text. See image below, I the yellow mark is the one I am not able to put it on the pdf.

    My form is https://form.jotform.com/201514501831644

    Any suggestion?

    Thanks a lot

Apologies, unfortunately, there is no way to map the button of the other option on the PDF file. As you have discovered, only the other textfield can be mapped.

    Hello,

You can use a Form calculation widget on the form for calculation:

OR you can use a Short text field on the form and use Calculation conditions to pass on calculated value to this Short text field. Then map the Short text field on the original PDF if required.
