The input field value of Spreadsheet to Form widget is not shown in the submissions page

Hi Jotform team, 

My Autofill function (Spreadsheet to form) works fine but while the field header is shown in the submissions page, the text is gone.

Is there any way to retrieve it as it will show me the person that collected the items This case should show "Nicholas".

You may enable the option 'Submit Input Field Value' in the widget wizard by changing the option to 'Yes' so that the input value should also be stored in the submission data. Please see the screenshot below:
