Missing Submissions

Hi,

We have just noticed that our submissions from our forms from January 2020 and prior have gone missing.

They have not been deleted by our staff.

Our account was recently downgraded due to an expired credit card which we have now updated.

Are you able to let us know how to retrieve the missing submissions?

Free accounts can store up to 500 submissions. When your account was downgraded, some of your submissions were removed. I restored them. Please check again.
