Background error

Hi, 

I have an issue while changing a pic by a form.

I made a copy of an old form and changed questions and now I wanted to change the picture in the background. 

I uploaded a new pic, and everything seems to be ok, but when I go to preview I still see there the old pic. I'm sending a preview pic at the screenshot. 

Can you please advise on how I should solve it?
