Some field can't be integrated with Airtable

Hi, I'm trying to integrate my jotforms fields to airtable but some can't be linked. Eg. I'm using Get URL widget and this can't linked to airtable although a url field column in airtable already setup.

The field types should match on JotForm and Airtable. There is no widget field type on Airtable and you will not be able to transfer the widget data.

What you can do is add a Short text field on the form and hide it. Then pass on the value from Get Form Page URL widget to this Short text field using conditions.

On Airtable, you can set up the corresponding field type as Single Line text:

You can then map the fields via the integration app.

Are you referring to the payment field on your form? If so, unfortunately it is not possible to pass the payment field to another field to map with Airtable. This is due to the payment field is a composite field and the final value can only be passed.

If you are referring to a different field, please let us know. We will be happy to take a look again.

I did try to extract some fields from widget, using the previous explained
method but still failed.
Eg. IP Address i can't have that extracted to airtable. Same case with my
order id field & a paragraph field.

Unfortunately, only basic fields can be transferred or map to AirTable. You cannot pass the text inside the Paragraph field. 

As for the IP address - Get Visitor widget, it is passing the complete data of the widget.

I recommend using the Basic fields only to pass data to the AirTable.
