How do recipients save the form for future use?

    I've sent my new form to several people requesting that they complete form once per week for the next three months. How do they save the form so I don't have to keep sending it to them every week?

    You can assign the forms to the user. Once you will assign them, they can register for a JotForm account and those forms would be saved in their Assigned forms tab as shown:

    They may complete the form later at any time as the form link is saved in their account.
