I cannot Download My report - I get a 404 - page not found

It seems that you are trying to download the file without logging into your JotForm account. I notice that the option 'Require login to view uploaded files' is enabled in the Privacy section of your account settings and so it is required to login to your account to download the files.

If you want to access the files directly from the email, you may disable the option from the account settings.
