My account is suspended

    This is unfortunate. I am liking the product your company has, but I have been locked out twice in a short time. First was due to a form from my website having a password (that is on me). Now, I cannot log in. I reset my password and I am not locked out for phishing. 

    Please advise.

    I did check your account and found that it is currently suspended as your forms are suspected to be used for phishing. Please note that we have automated anti-phishing filter which scans all forms.

    Upon checking your forms, I did not find any issue and your forms seem to be clean. It seems your account was suspended by mistake. I have gone ahead and activated your account again. 

    Do try to sign in to your Jotform account and get back to us if you have any trouble.
