My account has been suspended

    Hi,

    I used two templates (of which there are MANY) for making a covid19 questionnaire and a medical history form.

    Ive spent hours on this.

    Ive integrated into my website.

    Then without warning my account is suspended for "phishing"

    What on earth. Please reactivate immediately.

    If there is something that needs changing why not just email me???

    Hello Adam - I have endorsed the account to our backend team for further review. Free accounts are immediately suspended in case our phishing detector detects something suspicious with the form. But, we'll keep you posted here for the evaluation result.
