Issues linking PayPal Account

Hi,

I'm having issues linking my PayPal account to my registration form. I select the "Connect" button, it opens a PayPal log in on a new page. I log in & it tells me that it is set up, however if I go to the published registration page it shows that the account is not set up.

The PayPal seems to be successfully connected in your recently edited form.
