I can't view my encrypted form.

Please tell me what to do to view it without encryption. thanks

If you can't view the submissions or the data is shown is garbled with random characters, that only means that your form's encryption was enabled. The only way to view the submissions is by using your private key. Jotform doesn't have a copy of this private key so if you lost it or deleted it, there's no way to view the encrypted data.
