Fillable PDF Error message

    Hi, I have made a Fillable PDF using your PDF Editor. I have completed all of the 'required' boxes, yet I cannot submit due to this message. Not sure what I have missed?

    Hello Tammie - I tried cloning the form, downloaded a FILLABLE PDF copy, and made a test submission. I was able to replicate the error, but it is because I missed some required fields that were hard to notice (that it is required).

    For example, this field is not highlighted in the PDF but is REQUIRED:

    Fillable PDF Error message Image 10

    Please try looking for questions that have red asterisks (*) on it. That means it is required.

    Filling out the field will let you submit the form.

    Hi,


    I have been through the form many times and am unable to find any questions with the asterix that I haven't filled out.

    The format of the form doesn't match the PDF that I created exactly. Some questions cross over a page break, when on the original PDF I made doesn't do that. Not sure if that is causing an error?
