Hi!
Our form respondents have reported that when they try to open our forms on a mobile device, they get a security warning and cannot fill out the form.
I've attached a screenshot. Can you help us fix it?

I am sorry for the trouble caused to you. With which form you are having this issue with? I did check your last edited form in mobile device and did not find any issue with that. Form was displayed correctly without any security error. Please check the screenshot below:
I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists. You may also like to test your form in incognito browser mode as well.
