I created a form (my 1st) about a month ago and I can not access it now for some reason.
The link supplied to mu customer does not seem to work. And I had orders on it that have seemed to have vanished as well.
Can Someone help regain access? This is very time sensitive.

Thank you for contacting us. Upon checking the path of the URL, I can see that the form was created in a guest account:
A guest account relies on your browsers cache, whatever happens to it, it will make it purge. Unfortunately, the guest account no longer exists, so the form purged too.
Please make sure to register a free account in order to avoid losing access to future forms and submissions.
