    I am trying to signup for jotform, however, when I enter my email in the signup it states that my email is being used.  I do not remember signing up for jotform.  If there is a user id associated with my email, can you please let me know what that is? 

    Also, I tried to use the "Forgot Password" and entered in my email address and it stated that the email was sent, but I have not received an email. 

    It is really important that I get this corrected as soon as possible as my business utilizes jotform.

    I can see there is an account related to your email address and the username is: BeautyTourMaskcara

    The accounts are completely deleted after 30 days and the email address is free again. We can however reactivate your account if needed as it's clear.
