Users can't fill in the form nor send files attached

    We have upgraded from the free version to the beginner's version because we were lack of storage. 

    Now we have storage and people can't fill in the form nor attach files. Any hints?

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. Your account already has an active status and your forms are all enabled. However, for some reason, when I also checked the link to your form shown in your screenshot, it was still showing the "over quota" warning message.

    I have cleared your account's form cache and I believe that fixed the issue.

    If the issue persists on your end, please do not hesitate to let us know so we can check it further.
