Setting conditions on Widget Checklist

Hello, 

I am trying to add a condition to my form that if the widget Symptomps are is checked, send an email. If the NO Symtems box is check, do not send email. 

How can I do that? 

The condition logic says: if Symptoms is filled send notificiation 1. 

It is sending the email if when symptoms is checked and no symptoms is checked. 

How can I fix that?

By default, this widget will pick up the unchecked values, so the field will be filled even if you do not select any option. 

If you want to send the Email Notification when Symptoms is filled and No Symptoms field ie empty, you will need to select "Hide unchecked items" in widget setting for both widgets and set your condition like this.
